How to use the saliva drug testing kit
Simply wipe the swab sponge collector around the mouth and then ask the donor to saturate the sponge with saliva until completely soft. Next, screw the sponge collector into the barrel, and the saliva discharges directly to run the 6 drug tests pre-loaded into the test kit. Finally, peel the label to view the membranes running and to read the result at 5 minutes.

Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted in the case of test line control failure. Refer to instructions within kit. The kit must be returned within 7 days of delivery with the device that has shown test line control failure enclosed. The device will undergo inspection on receipt at Crystal Health Group and any refund will be subject to the outcome of this inspection. Refunds that are requested and approved will be made within 28 days of receipt of the kit. Alternatively, replacement kits that are requested and approved will be dispatched within 2 working days.
