Key Points

  • Applies to all consumer (B2C) service bookings made directly with us.
  • We confirm all orders in writing before acceptance. Some services may require proof of ID or eligibility.
  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and valid biological samples.
  • Charges are confirmed at the time of booking and usually require advance payment.
  • You may cancel your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. If booked online or by phone, you may have a 14-day legal cooling-off period (unless the service has already started).
  • We are not responsible for service delays caused by events outside our control.
  • You may have the right to a re-test or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if something goes wrong.
  • We are not liable for delays or test result issues caused by incomplete forms, poor samples, or third-party issues.
  • Additional counselling or support services may be offered but are not covered by your main service agreement.
  • These terms are governed by English law, and disputes may be resolved through alternative dispute resolution or the courts.
