Key Points
- Applies to all consumer (B2C) service bookings made directly with us.
- We confirm all orders in writing before acceptance. Some services may require proof of ID or eligibility.
- You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information and valid biological samples.
- Charges are confirmed at the time of booking and usually require advance payment.
- You may cancel your booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. If booked online or by phone, you may have a 14-day legal cooling-off period (unless the service has already started or the purchase relates to sealed goods which are exempt for health protection or hygiene reasons – see our Cancellation Policy).
- We are not responsible for service delays caused by events outside our control.
- You may have the right to a re-test or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if something goes wrong.
- We are not liable for delays or test result issues caused by incomplete forms, poor samples, or third-party issues.
- Additional counselling or support services may be offered but are not covered by your main service agreement.
- These terms are governed by English law, and disputes may be resolved through alternative dispute resolution or the courts.
