Network Rail PTS Medical

RISQS-approved Personal Track Safety (PTS) medical assessments

We provide Network Rail PTS medical assessments across our nationwide clinic network, delivered in line with Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) requirements.

Our PTS medicals assess whether an individual meets the required medical fitness standards to work safely on or near Network Rail infrastructure. Assessments can be completed with or without drug and alcohol testing, depending on Sentinel or non-Sentinel requirements.

As a RISQS-approved provider, we ensure all certification and result uploads are handled efficiently, including direct Sentinel uploads where applicable. Certification is typically issued within 3–4 working days, with Sentinel uploads completed where required.
